Nex.Us is designed to be a centre of learning and innovation: a paid opportunity for employees to prepare for their next career move or to develop new businesses. For the duration of time that an employee spends at Nex.Us until they transition to a new job, their role and responsibility is to choose a development track and to follow the training curriculum provided by a career coach.
