Nex.Us as a Development Company has been created to support individuals who do not join the SalesCo or UNN as part of the government’s promise that no employees will be laid off or terminated as a result of the transformation. Nex.Us is designed to be a centre of learning and innovation: a paid opportunity for employees to prepare for their next career move or to develop new businesses. For the duration of time that an employee spends at Nex.Us until they transition to a new job, their role and responsibility is to choose a development track and to follow the training curriculum provided by a career coach. These separate tracks ensure that we are able to cater to all types of employees – be it the keen learner, the enterprising spirit, or the committed worker.
