IOCB Tech Foundation (Nadační fond IOCB Tech)

The foundation’s mission is to contribute to the further development of science and the use of its results in society, while at the same time strengthening public awareness of the fundamental contribution of scientific research. The foundation was established by the tech transfer company IOCB Tech, a subsidiary of the Institute of Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry of the Czech Academy of Sciences that matches the results of basic research conducted at IOCB Prague with the needs of commercial partners to prepare new ideas in medicinal chemistry, material sciences, and other fields of chemistry for human use. One of its projects is the Martina Roeselová Memorial Fellowship, a stipend helping young scientists in the field of natural sciences balance competitive scientific work with high-quality care for preschool-age children.
