The long and short of it is a Performance-Built business is one that is sale-ready, scale-ready, and comprised entirely of systems, rather than hinging on a few key people. We do this by implementing metrics that the entire staff is accountable to, and assisting them day-to-day as they perfect their business model. The result is the business produces consistent, predictable, and reliable results, with constant up-to-date feedback, and each role within the organization can be easily learned by anyone. The program consists of two phases lasting 24 - 36 weeks, which has produced an average net earnings increase of 15.1%, and an average increase of time-efficiency of 47% (as of 01/05/2015).
