NGC was originally established as a provider of General Commercial Construction services in 2003. Since then, our team has become a construction provider in the cinema & entertainment, affordable housing and multifamily sectors. We are headquartered in Vancouver, BC and Dallas, TX with additional offices in Mississauga, ON and Tacoma, WA. We are also accredited by the Better Business Bureau and ContractorCheck. Previous projects include: theatres, entertainment facilities, retail, restaurants, markets, hotels, multifamily, affordable housing, and mixed-use construction. Clients include: 3H Properties, Kutak Developments, Value Village, Cineplex Entertainment, Famous Players, SilverCity Cinemas, Galaxy Cinemas, PetSmart, Brown's Social House, Swatch Group, First Capital Realty, London Drugs, Burger King, Loblaws etc.
