NGM Investments

NGM Investments is a group of real estate companies which have been investing in European real estate for the past 15 years. NGM was established in 2011 by Oded Horesh. Initially backed by a group of private investors NGM started investing in a mixed-use portfolio in Germany which consisted of commercial high yield properties and a residential redevelopment asset. Over the years NGM has expanded its investment activities to encompass Poland and the UK whilst keeping its value creation and maximisation business model which relies on NGM and its team picking quality cash generating properties with upside potential in rent and/or redevelopment to its properties.
