CENTER FOR ANALYSIS AND DEVELOPMENT OF EFFECTIVE POLICIES (CADEP)

The Centre for Analysis and Development of Effective Policies is a non-governmental think tank founded in 2024 by a team of like-minded people who have united to develop new, more effective policies that will bring Ukraine closer to EU norms and rules, as well as create a basis for the country's effective development in the long term. The team members have extensive experience in developing and analyzing public policy in various areas, scientific and expert support for the development of management decisions, and practical experience in interacting with government agencies, research and educational institutions. This experience has allowed us to form a reliable network of contacts in various government agencies, which allows the NGO not only to develop policies but also to conduct an effective dialogue with key stakeholders on their implementation. Our goal is to bring Ukrainian and European management practices closer together through the development of modern and effective policies that contribute to the European integration process and the development of the country's resilience in various areas. To this end, we contribute our knowledge in the field of public policy analysis, studying the best foreign practices and synthesizing them into practical proposals that will allow Ukraine to create a more efficient and successful society. The Center's main focus is on the areas of information policy, protection of citizens' rights, cybersecurity and modern digital technologies.
