Сenter for Dialogue and Reconciliation “Iskra” was founded in 2008 in Mykolaiv, southern Ukraine, as a platform for youth interested in the building of a multicultural, open and diverse society in Ukraine. Our aim was to involve young people into volunteering on local, national and international levels, to promote international youth mobility and non-formal education. From its inception until present, Iskra has been active in the Youth in Action/Erasmus+ Programme of the European Commission (EVS accreditation: 2017-1-PL01-KA110-038891, PIC number: 947353896). It has been a Sending Organisation for some 220 EVS volunteers and a partner in dozens of youth exchanges and training courses.
