Samen aan de slag in Noord-Holland Noord. Met NHNG willen we aan de slag om onze missie en ambitie te bereiken: in 2030 de gezondste regio van Nederland zijn. Met zorginstellingen, gemeenten, GGD Hollands Noorden, VGZ en vele andere grote en kleine partijen willen wij dit doel bereiken. NHNG is een coördinatietafel waar we samen komen en zaken aanpakken die we ieder voor zich niet kunnen oplossen. NHNG heeft oog voor:
1. Ketenoptimalisatie: er is gezamenlijke coördinatie op vraagstukken nodig omdat individuele organisaties de opgaven die we hebben niet kunnen oplossen.
2. Monitoren: resultaten die bereikt worden goed monitoren en delen.
3. Zes thema’s waarop nog onvoldoende gebeurt in NHN
4. Nieuwe ontwikkelingen en die bij elkaar brengen en opschalen (innovatie en leren van elkaar).
