It provides platforms for HR professionals, business leaders, academicians, and students to engage in education, training, research, and knowledge sharing across various sectors including finance, retail, healthcare, and technology. Founded in 𝟭𝟵𝟴𝟵 by 𝗦𝗵𝗿𝗶 𝗬𝗲𝘀𝗵𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗼𝗼𝗱𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗿, Mr. Arun Wakhlu, Col. Ramesh Pathak, Mr. Harish Maroo, and Mr. Kiran Gandhi, NHRDN Pune Chapter operates with the commitment of over 𝟭𝟵,𝟬𝟬𝟬+ members and spans 𝟰𝟭 chapters. Managed by voluntary management professionals, it focuses on fostering professional growth and development. During the pandemic, NHRDN Pune Chapter organized over 80 events and 8 certification seminars, engaging more than 11,000 participants. It has received the Best Chapter award three times in the last five years.
