National Human Resources for Health Observatory (NHRHO)- Sudan, is built in 2006 By WHO consisting of 3 sections (IT& Database, Research& Publications, and the stakeholder coordination section), then appended to the Federal Ministry of Health - General Directorate of HRD. Main Function is: to gather HRH data elements from NHRHO stakeholders who are in charge of (education, labor force, & population health needs), coming up with the required HRH indicators that help the NHRHO to conduct research & studies which are disseminated through NHRHO newsletter to pave the way for NHRHO stakeholders and different governmental agencies to optimize and enhance their HRH policies which is crucial and affect -at the end of the day- the entire Health System.
