Every year, we make a difference to the lives of over three million people across Wales. As the largest employer in Wales, with over 97,000 employees, our colleagues operate across 350+ different professions from nursing, dentistry or therapies to IT, finance or support services; there’s a role for everyone. NHS Wales is made up of 13 organisations that includes seven Health Boards, three Trusts and three Special Authorities. Each organisation offers a number of services including primary, secondary, tertiary, community and corporate functions, working collaboratively within and across borders and public sector bodies.
