To keep in touch with Women's Network events and information, please see our FutureNHS workspace at https://future.nhs.uk/NHSWomensNetwork Our Women’s Network is for all women across all bands and aims to support their professional and personal development and focus on gender equality across the NHS. Our network was originally set up in March 2016 to primarily support women working in non-managerial roles and we continue to do this through the Springboard Development Programme. However, our network has grown and developed over the years and we actively encourage women from all bands to join us. Our staff network is for women working in NHS England (NHSE) and Commissioning Support Units (CSUs), Trusts, CCGs, ICSs and others, and we welcome men to join as allies. We are proud to sponsor and support the NHSE Men's Health Forum and the important work they do in highlighting the issues around men’s mental and physical health.
