Formerly italk Hampshire, NHS Talking Therapies Hampshire provides free talking therapies for people aged 16 and over, who are registered with a GP in the following areas of Hampshire: Andover, Basingstoke, Bordon, Eastleigh, Fareham, Gosport, Havant, Hayling Island, New Forest, Petersfield, Romsey, Waterlooville and Winchester.
We offer a range of options to suit different patients. We can offer individual treatment face to face or by telephone, group sessions and online computerised CBT via SilverCloud.
Patients can be referred by a health professional, or self-refer by phone or on our website at www.italk.org.uk
