Nia Technologies Inc. is a Canadian not-for-profit social enterprise that develops and deploys 3D printed prosthetic and orthotic technologies in resource poor countries. Founded by Hope and Healing International, we are on a mission to help more children walk.
Our technologies enable orthopaedic clinicians to produce high-quality, locally-appropriate lower limb prosthetics and ankle-foot orthoses (AFOs) for children in less time using our 3D printing toolchain called 3D PrintAbility.
3D PrintAbility combines digital scanners, our proprietary rectification software, and 3D printers to expand the way we think about 3D printed mobility devices. Meeting international standards, our technology is developed collaboratively with local partners to ensure it is appropriate, sustainable, and practitioner-centric.
