Owned and operated by wife and husband duo Jenny & Tom Nelson, Nibblesworth presents a wood-fire crafted, Mod-Traditional, menu that echoes the seasonality of eats. Seasonality is the freshness of spring, the char of summer, the finality of strawberries in fall, and the preserves of winter: a seasonal menu of local and sustainable products. The execution will be a blend of traditional and modern techniques with focus on fresh, made from scratch dishes. The kitchen will revolve around an open wood-fire grill complete with rotisserie spits. Food as it was, food as it should be.
