Due to low bank branch and smartphone penetration, a mobile-only interface is insufficient to address the informal market needs. nibox is an offline infrastructure of self-service kiosks that provide access to digital financial services without a smartphone and a bank account. Customers can pay bills, deposit, withdraw, and onboard financial products via a nibox kiosk.
