NIC'S started out as a wholesale commissary back in 2001 - supplying dessert and savouries to several cafes throughout Manila. Today the brand has expanded further into retail and now has two restaurant branches; one at UP Town Center (Katipunan) and the other at Park Terraces (Makati). For years many have ordered from their gourmet selection of dishes such the famous Maggie's East Coast Turkey, Meat Lasagna, and Pastas among others to enjoy for any occasion. Currently, four of NIC'S cakes have been chose for Vangie Baga-Reyes' Lifestyle Philippine Daily Inquirer's Best Desserts list. Their to-go dry goods and bottled items have been given as gifts during the holidays and special private occasions such as weddings or company events.
