1️⃣ Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Courses
I offer comprehensive training that builds your ability to recognise mental health challenges, improve communication skills, understand treatment pathways, practice de-escalation, and confidently navigate difficult conversations:
• MHFA Standard (12hrs) - Available online, face-to-face (F2F), or in a hybrid format
• MHFA Refresher (5hrs) - For MHFA Standard graduates (online or F2F)
• MHFA Specialised Courses (4hrs) - Suicide, Non-Suicidal Self-Injury, and Gambling (F2F)
• MHFA Engaging Leaders (2hrs) - Helping leaders create mentally healthy workplaces (online or F2F)
2️⃣ Speaking & Media
As a seasoned speaker, I deliver keynotes, MC events, and host workplace functions. Featuring in the Australian Financial Review and on ABC Radio National, I'm available for TV and media appearances.
3️⃣ Bespoke Training
I design custom workshops to strengthen your organisation's capacity for leadership, conflict resolution, crisis response, self-care, and other key areas—tailored to your team's specific needs.
