The UK's newest, smallest gas supplier. Niccolo is a new gas supplier based in Edinburgh, working with Pozitive Energy. This gives us access to wholesale markets and eliminates the potential risk for you and your customers of recommending a new supplier. We aim to provide competitive pricing and response service to all types and sizes of gas customers. For clients we offer UK based responsive customer service – calls are answered by a person in an average of 4 seconds and emails are answered with 24 hours. All gas supplied by Niccolo has been carbon offset using UN certified carbon credits approved under the Kyoto Protocol. The projects all meet United Nations sustainability criteria too. Niccolo retires these certificates in a UN registry account. This is provided at no extra cost to the client.
