Nice Ash TX

It is with great pleasure and excitement that Jon, Brian, and Colin announce the opening of Nice Ash in Summer 2023! It started with a ritual on Sundays in late 2020. We meet at Torchy’s for a couple tacos and then head somewhere for a cigar and to relax before the coming week’s trials. Though Brian didn't join for tacos, he gladly met Jon & Colin after the Torchy’s outing. While we’ve been doing this, we would constantly chat with new people over a cigar wherever we would end up. We may have started our conversations as strangers but were friends by the end of the afternoon. There was always one constant that we would hear; A desire for a private escape to enjoy cigars and conversation at all hours. Fast forward to February 2022. During our normal Sunday ritual, in a rather passing manner, it was mentioned that there was a building for sale on White Oak just a few blocks from our houses. As we sat there continuing to stare and think, a collective “Let’s put in an offer!” came out of us. We closed on the building in April. For the last 12 months Jon, Brian, and Colin have been working on the concept of what we wanted Nice Ash to be. Using the information we’d gathered from our conversations; we decided a mixed concept of retail and private lounge would be greatly desired by the cigar aficionados in the Houston area. Nice Ash will offer a 600sqft walk-in humidor with retail and an outside patio accessible to all patrons to relax, converse, and enjoy a cigar. Attached to Nice Ash will be the ‘Back Ash’. A private area with 72 private lockers for the members along with a private patio. Back Ash will offer members exclusive access 24/7. The lounge will have seating for 40+, several TVs for your favorite sporting events, gaming tables, and honor system refreshments. This is the first time any of us have ventured into anything like this and we’re very excited for the journey. We look forward and hope that many of you will be a part of this journey with us!
