Niche Panda

Niche Panda removes the structures, conventions & motivations that represent barriers to success, replacing them with resilient systems within an environment that, in its equilibrium state, creates behaviour that maximises innovation & value. In the first instance Niche Panda is simply an approach. It calls on us all to be objective about what motivates us and where we can add value, and to build organisations that are aligned to these notions of value. The idea behind building such organisations is that, by aligning value to the individual with value to the organisation, the need for the controls that so often stifle innovation is removed. The individual, by acting in their own best interest, will inherently add value to the organisation. The Niche Panda Approach can be adapted to all instances of where collaboration can add value to an idea and is not restricted to applications within business and start-up environments.
