The company is being set up as a joint venture between the Sobti Family and Recipharm AB (among the top 5 CDMOs worldwide). The partnership brings on the table brand and recognitions, market intelligence and access to world class technology and penetration to markets with huge entry barriers.
The company is headquartered at Gurgaon, Haryana and has a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility located at Selaqui Dehradun commissioned in 2021. The facility is compliant with all international regulatory authorities with a capability to manufacture a wide range of small volume parenteral and offers largest capacities in injectable space in India under one roof.
