Nicholas Auto Enterprises (Pty) Ltd was founded in 1997 by Eddie Nicholas and David Nicholas. The Company has seen growth from a small concern, operating out of a single room, to an employer of thirty-four staff, which includes a team of field service technicians, dedicated to the installation and maintenance of the company products. At NAE we supply and install audio-visual, fleet management and universal engine monitoring and protection systems to equipment, thus offering a nuisance-free, reliable information platform for efficient diagnostics and preventative maintenance to owners. NAE specialises in the sales, installation, maintenance and repair of EPS1300 Engine Monitoring System, along with other specialised fleet management systems for various applications and industries. Our proprietary EPS1300 is a microcomputer-controlled monitoring system that allows us to safely shut down equipment when a fault is detected, providing a snapshot of current conditions, in order for preventative maintenance to be performed – avoiding costly engine damage and vehicle downtime. The Company is constantly striving to improve the efficiency of the product and to this end is re-designing the EPS1300 to embrace the latest electronic technology. Allied to the EPS1300 is the NFS Fleet Management System that the Company sells, installs and maintains. A safety feature linked to the EPS1300 is the PFK Breathalyser alcoholmeter, sold and installed under license from PFK. All of the products mentioned above are proudly South African, being developed and manufactured locally. Nicholas Auto Enterprises has secured the agency for Hella Mining LED work lights for the Africa Region.
