Nicholas Construction was founded in 1986 by Loren and Adele Funk. They owned and operated the company with the belief that being an honest, fair, and hardworking general contractor/construction manager would be the only way to build projects and build a business. Nicholas Construction calls Denver, Colorado home but has built class A commercial, civil, Industrial, and residential projects all over the western slope, Nebraska, Wyoming, Arizona, New Mexico Utah, Oklahoma, and Texas.
