In 2011, After 8 years working for Gordon Ramsay holdings, Nick and Scott were given the opportunity to take over the site of one of Dubai's most highly regarded restaurants (Verre by Gordon Ramsay) and launch their own home-grown concept.
With Viktorija leading the front of house team, Table 9 by nick & scott brought something new and completely different to the Dubai restaurant scene and over the next two years the highly successful team won a string of awards and accolades.
Nick & Scott then joined the Albawardy Investment Group’s F&B concept development team to launch Taste Kitchen, a chain of award-winning-winning contemporary, casual restaurants.
In 2016 Nick & Scott created Nick & Scott restaurant group and formed an exciting long-term Exclusive partnership with GATES Hospitality.
So far they have successfully created and launched together.

The Lion by Nick & Scott In the H-hotel No One Sheikh Zayed Road.
