Nick Swerdfeger Architects Inc. (NSArch) Is a studio based design office with a strong focus on a comprehensive integrated design studio process that is brought to all projects from preliminary design delivering solutions that engage and respond the changing context of the built environment. With over fifteen years of collective design and construction experience, NSArch, has designed, developed and incorporated a working methodology through and integrated design studio process that have assisted a range of public institutions, municipalities, private consortiums and stakeholders, to deliver a vast range of projects, ranging in typology, scale, complexity and delivery to achieve a functional, feasible and creatively approached designed solution, with a high interest in detail. As a design office we share a collective attention to detail, scale and typology with our clients at all levels of the design process. We observe, analyze, develop and strive to design environments that are sensory stimulating, with a high level of functional and feasible consideration and attention to the technical detail, that responds to site, building, context and the changing conditions of todays climate.
