The Neighborhood Innovation Center empowers and supports Dutchtown's small businesses and community members in St. Louis, Missouri. Their three guiding pillars are Entrepreneurship, Digital Forward, and Inclusive Economic Development, which inform their core 3+1 plan. This plan includes the Microbusiness Incubator, Small Business Help Desk, Digital Upskilling, and Community Engagement Space. Their programs provide microbusinesses and entrepreneurs with resources and support to succeed. They offer a supportive environment for launching businesses through their microbusiness incubator and connect entrepreneurs with expertise through their small business help desk. They provide digital upskilling and certification programs to prepare individuals for the digital economy. They prioritize inclusive economic development and serve as a hub for local businesses, artists, and community members through their community engagement space and outdoor marketplace.
