Our Founder, Nida Merchant, a dedicated health coach who graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN). Trained in a comprehensive methodology steeped in life coaching principles and grounded in behavioral science, Nida works with both local and international clients, offering in-person sessions as well as video conferencing consultations. Nida's passion lies in helping entrepreneurs, leaders find balance and inner peace within their bodies while embracing acceptance of their unique life journey and fulfilling their purpose. Recognizing that the path to wellness is as diverse as each individual and their story, she emphasizes the importance of blending science and intuition for true healing. With a personalized approach tailored to each client's needs, Nida focuses on fostering self-awareness to empower informed decision-making in any circumstance. Rather than prescribing rigid diets, Nida collaborates with her clients to understand their body's needs, acknowledging that these needs may evolve over time.
