Our Founder, Nida Merchant, a dedicated health coach who graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN). Trained in a comprehensive methodology steeped in life coaching principles and grounded in behavioral science, Nida works with both local and international clients, offering in-person sessions as well as video conferencing consultations. Nida's passion lies in helping entrepreneurs, leaders find balance and inner peace within their bodies while embracing acceptance of their unique life journey and fulfilling their purpose.
