About National Innovation and Entrepreneurship Association

National Innovation and Entrepreneurship Association (NiEA) has been an NPO focusing on empowering entrepreneurship since 1972. The association was established by a group of young awarded successful entrepreneurs, aimed to build a better environment for innovation and entrepreneurship. Today, NiEA has grown into the longest-established, largest-scale, most-resourced, and most-experienced NPO to support founders in Taiwan, it is deeply connected to local enterprises in Taiwan with 24 branches all over Taiwan in every local city. NiEA also works closely with the Taiwanese government on many programs including Taiwan Startup-Hub, Taiwan Startup Terrace and NexTech Academy, its network covers chambers of commerce around the world and startup ecosystem in different areas, providing global connections and business opportunities for startups and SMEs.
