NIELIT Kohima is a leading institution for Human Resource Development in Information, Electronics, and Communication Technology (IECT) in Nagaland. Recognized as a Centre of Excellence, it collaborates with the Nagaland government to enhance ICT capacity across the state. Our extension centers in Dimapur and Chuchuyimlang ensure broad accessibility to diverse courses, including AI, IoT, 3D Printing, Cybersecurity, Blockchain, and Full-Stack Development. We excel in training and projects in capacity building, medical electronics, infrastructure development, digital handloom and handicraft interventions, R&D, and cybersecurity. NIELIT Kohima is a hub for Cyber Forensics with a cutting-edge forensic lab and virtual training platform, serving Law Enforcement Agencies and professionals. Our Incubation Center supports over 10 start-ups under Nagaland's Start-Up initiative, providing resources, mentorship, and a conducive environment for IT industry growth. NIELIT Kohima also offers consultancy, software development, R&D, and facilitates online exams for banks and government departments. With its world-class infrastructure and scenic surroundings, NIELIT Kohima, established in 2004 under the Department of Electronics & IT, Ministry of Communications & IT, Govt. of India, is committed to inclusive growth. The rural extension center at Chuchuyimlang, established in 2006 with Nagaland Gandhi Ashram, further supports our mission.
