Eric Nielsen, a third-generation builder, is an owner and active participant in the management and operation of Nielsen Communities, Nielsen Development, and Nielsen Builders. Mr. Nielsen currently serves as the President of Nielsen Builders. During his involvement with the related Nielsen building companies, he has overseen and participated in the build-out of over 1300 residential homes throughout New Mexico and Texas. In addition, over the last fifteen plus (15+) years, Mr. Nielsen has undertaken and completed the construction of numerous custom homes and remodels in the San Diego area.
With a construction background built from the ground up, beginning with him framing houses for the family company as a teenager, Mr. Nielsen implores impeccable attention to detail as it pertains to construction. He has successfully parlayed his knowledge of numerous trades and the inner workings of home construction into a managerial role that understands the importance of every nail hammered. This has transcended into his presentation of a work-product that is on scale with the most pre-eminent and distinguished of home builders.
