Our Mission is to Provide Resources and Opportunities That Engage, Develop and Inspire Human Resource Professionals. Our major activities include frequent meetings in various formats: •Professional Development Events - monthly meetings featuring outstanding speakers on critical and current Human Resource issues •Round Tables - semi-monthly meetings offering an open forum for consulting with other members The Northern Illinois Human Resource Council is a chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Our members feel strongly that NIHRC has been an invaluable asset in enhancing the effectiveness of human resource professionals.
