Nikola is transforming cycling with a smarter, data-driven pedal that improves performance and reduces joint strain through a simple, natural lateral motion inspired by skating. This motion engages additional muscle groups, allowing cyclists to ride with up to 2% less effort, while reducing stress on knees, hips, and IT bands. Each pedal includes integrated sensors that track real-time performance (speed, cadence, torque, etc.). An AI-powered coaching platform analyzes ride data and compares it to anonymized benchmarks in our community, helping cyclists train smarter and learn from one another. We’ve completed three peer-reviewed clinical studies, published in medical journal validating our science, and fourth study underway. We hold two patents, with two more in progress. We sold four test batches (100 units each) with strong demand and rider feedback. Led by an experienced operator with $240M P&L responsibility, Nikola is positioned to scale in a growing, tech-enabled cycling market.
