The Advanced Composites Group is a joint venture between Niles International and Boyce Components. We develop a suite of technologies using Nano-enhanced resins, films, and non-woven fabrics for integration into composite materials. Specifically, our process integrates Expanded Copper Foils (ECF) as electrodes and a proprietary dispersion of Carbon Nano Fibers (CNF) or Carbon Nano Tubes (CNT) with commercially available resins to make heaters, heated surfaces, tooling, and composite structures.
