Our approach builds bridges between different disciplines in the leadership team and board, creating a common understanding and language to formulate common goals. Our process is simple, we start understanding the strategic challenges ahead and developing a thorough “where do you stand” analysis. From that, strategic development options are developed that can be implemented through the team. A main area of expertise is in international schools (preK-12) and focused on Switzerland, Germany, and Austria. Beyond consulting, we can also take active engagements in the form of interim management positions.
