Nincomsoup

Nincomsoup is a fast casual diner specialising in global soups, freshly squeezed juices, fairly traded coffee and salads. We were founded by two brothers Ben and Tom Page-Phillips to provide a healthy alternative to the usual fast food suspects. We are a small independent business with a real kitchen where we bake, steam, chop and stir our food from scratch, using own recipes. We have a daily rotating menu to ensure our diners are exposed to a healthy variety of foods along with specialist dietary options. Our Team Members spend up to 3 months learning every aspect of the business from baking cakes, cooking soups, preparing sandwiches, frothing cappuccinos, squeezing juices, to simply manning the tills. We rotate positions every 2 weeks to provide job enrichment and create a strong multi skilled and adaptable team, essential to meet the challenge of making a fresh product from scratch every day. Team Members have the option to take on additional management responsibilities to further their skill set and salary.
