The National Institute of Professional Engineers and Scientists(NIPES)

The National Institute of Professional Engineers and Scientists (NIPES) is a prestigious organization that unites esteemed experts from the fields of engineering and science. Originally established as The Nigerian Institution of Professional Engineers and Scientists on June 20, 2019, the organization was incorporated under the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA), Cap. C20, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, on November 13, 2021. Building on this foundation, NIPES expanded its international presence by incorporating under the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Corporate Division, United States of America, on December 13, 2024, marking a significant milestone in its global development. NIPES Aims to: Promote the highest standards of professional conduct among engineers and scientists. Provide a platform for the exchange of ideas and information among its members. Foster research and development in science, engineering, and technology. Advocate for the interests of its members in matters related to science and technology. Facilitate collaboration between its members and other organizations and institutions that share its objectives. Offer opportunities for professional development and continuing education for its members. Encourage the active participation of its members in the development and implementation of national science and technology policies.
