Since our founding in 1970, we have always aimed to send out new and original things to the world, and have focused on R&D and refining manufacturing technology. In the 1970s, we introduced food formers to the world. This simple structure, in which raw materials are pushed into the drum with a rotor blade from the upper hopper and the drum rotates to cut the die, has had the great success of automating manual work in stores, which have since been imitated by manufacturers around the world. In the 1980s, we introduced the vertical conveyor. This is a space-saving system using a screw shaft vertical, which was conventionally used diagonally. This has now become a standard in many parts of the world. In the 1990s, we introduced the Microdicer. This is a proposal for a new shredding process to replace chopper grinders. This unique processing, is suitable for mass production of various ingredients that value texture, and has gained the reputation of users who are ambitious in product development. In the 2000s, we finally made our way into the slicer field. The "Bending Slicer AtoZ", which took 10 years to develop, not only can slice raw meat into 1 mm, but also fold one piece at a time and arrange neatly on a conveyor. This machine, which can process fresh meat into a form that can be sold as it is at a supermarket store has now become an indispensable presence in the Japanese supermarket. In the 2010s, we developed a diverse group of slicers according to the size of the ingredients, the diagonal slices, and the arrangement of sliced meat. And we introduced the KP-150 slicer with automatic attaching function to trays. This model mechanizes the piling process, which used to be worked on by four people. In the 2020s, we developed an automatic mounting unit using robots. In order to respond to the increasingly serious labor shortage, we are boldly challenging the development of products that integrate the latest sensing, image processing, and robotics technologies.
