As the former Head of Accessibility at Wix, I led the company’s transformation from having no accessibility program to becoming the global leader in web accessibility in 2024. This was achieved by building a company-wide program that included accessibility audits, employee education, process optimization, the development of dedicated products, and assembling an amazing team of experts.
