With only 3 staff and 1 branch, NIRON ADEC was registered as a NGO in 2009. NIRON ADEC has transformed to NIRON MIKROHERANHVATHO PLC., which is a public limited company in 2013 and then changed the name to NIRON Microfinance Plc. in 2015. By the end of December 2015, NIRON Microfinance Plc., has become one of the leading microfinances in Cambodia with a total asset of over 15 millions USD and a total loan asset of over 11 millions USD.
