National Institute on Scientific Teaching

The National Institute of Scientific Teaching (NIST) provides STEM faculty and instructors with professional development opportunities to help develop the teaching, assessment, and classroom observation skills they need to begin an evidence-based curricular transformation of their undergraduate STEM classrooms. NIST participants join a body of alumni dedicated to practicing and disseminating their inclusive national STEM education initiatives in the classroom and through peer-reviewed publications.
