NITCON SOCIAL FOUNDATION is a Section 8 Company registered under the Companies Act, 2013 in the year 2018, with an aim to promote education, teacher and caregiver training and certifications, skill and vocational skill development, social project impacts, child welfare and protection, sports, health care, especially for underprivileged and needy people and for improvement in their living standards. NITCON SOCIAL FOUNDATION is also eligible to undertake Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities which are as per the purview of rules and regulations under the Companies Act, 2013. In addition, NITCON SOCIAL FOUNDATION is holding 12A & 80G certificates from income tax department. NITCON SOCIAL FOUNDATION, a wholly-owned subsidiary of NITCON Ltd.
