Nitish Sahay Foundation

The Nitish Sahay Foundation (NSF) is a Delhi-based non-profit organization founded by Nitish Sahay, an investment banker turned social activist. Since its inception in 2021, NSF has been committed to creating meaningful impact in the areas of education, healthcare, social welfare, and academic research. One of the foundation’s most impactful initiatives is "Pad The Way", a menstrual health and hygiene campaign that has distributed over 50,000 sanitary pads and hosted more than 100 awareness sessions, empowering thousands of women in underserved communities. In addition, the foundation runs Project Anandi, focusing on women's literacy and skill development. NSF is also engaged in academic research, particularly in the areas of education policy, menstrual health, organic food systems, and rural development. Through collaborations with educators and institutions, the foundation contributes to knowledge that drives social change and policy reform. Other notable efforts include food security programs like "Food For All," environmental awareness campaigns, disaster relief activities, and vibrant cultural engagements that uplift marginalized communities.
