The NJ Center was established in 1989 and it considered to be one of the first outpatient Integrative Mental Health Centers in the country. It offers a model of patient-centered whole-person care. Services include counseling, therapy (for people of all ages), tele-therapy and creative expressive arts, as well as complementary and alternative medicine (chiropractic, massage, mindfulness, hypnotherapy). "NJCHA" also offers events to build community such as art exhibits, concerts, coffee houses, workshops, and retreats.
