Njoud is a consultancy firm specialized in services aimed to support the development field in Egypt and expanding to cover the Arab region. The firm provides integrated solutions through Three Main Pathways; Consultancies, Media and Communications, and Training.
Njoud, our name comes from the Arabic word with the meaning of Pathways. Njoud/Pathways came from our belief in creating pathways for the development actors to achieve efficient and effective development services. These pathways intersect in their destination, where their way is to serve our end target, the COMMUNITIES we all serve in achieving the development goals.
Njoud adopts an integrated model through using the Three Pathways; Consultancies, Media Services and Training. These tools are used collectively to provide solutions for agencies in humanitarian and development agencies.
Njoud adopts a community driven approach that shapes our theory of change. The theory of change is based on the belief that if the development agencies were empowered with knowledge, and have human resources with technical knowledge and skills, then they can provide efficient and effective programmes to the community that can help achieve the development goals of eradicating poverty, overcoming inequalities, promoting employment, and advocating for gender equality. Hereby, three main pathways are implemented through the firm.
