NJSBDC's Rutgers-Newark team have build an innovative, NJThrives Virtual Entrepreneurship Ecosystem for entrepreneurs and small business community to mobilize economic development resources in NJ. Our hope is that this tool will help entrepreneurs and small businesses in New Jersey find the right resources and connectivity they need to start, manage, and grow successful enterprises. We envision this as a shared regional asset, and we hope that additional business resource providers in the region will also want to collaborate in the process. What is an Entrepreneurship Ecosystem? An Entrepreneurship ecosystem refers to the interconnected network of individuals, organizations, institutions, and policies that work together to create an environment conducive to the development and growth of entrepreneurial ventures. This ecosystem supports entrepreneurs at various stages of their journey, from idea generation to scaling and sustainability.
