NK Veres Rivne was established in 1957. Initially, the team was called 'Kolhospnyk', and its modern name 'Veres' was received in 1991. Nickname: Vovky (The Wolves).
This is unique and the first club in Ukraine to have club membership and as of July 24 has over 4,600 members. Veres has the most powerful loyalty program for companies in Ukraine with more than 200 partners in the country and abroad.
In the 2015–16 Ukrainian Second League season Veres finished in the second position and was promoted to the Ukrainian First League. After successful 2016-17 season in the First League the club was promoted to the Ukrainian Premier League.
In the first season Veres won in Western Ukrainian derby Karpaty Lviv 1:6 and on the home ground beat Dynamo Kyiv 3:1. NK Veres Rivne took 6th place in the 2017–18 Ukrainian Premier League.
