NK Ingredients Pte Ltd (NKI) established in 1994 is one of the world-leading manufacturers of LANOLIN, LANOLIN DERIVATIVES and CHOLESTEROL.
Our customers of ingredients are mainly from the cosmetics industry, pharmaceutical industry, industrial sector and the feed additives industry.
We are very proud to operate one of the largest and most modern fully integrated (lanolin, lanolin derivatives and cholesterol) manufacturing plants in the world. With an area of 53,500 sqm our factory in Singapore is capable of converting 10,000 tonnes/year of woolgrease into lanolin, lanolin derivatives and cholesterol. The entire manufacturing is fully automated and coordinated by a state of the art computerized control system.
We have a wide experience in super refining, fractionation, hydrolysis, crystallization and molecular distillation, which are essential elements of lanolin processing. Our molecular distillation facilities are also available for contract toll manufacturing.
With our geographical location and the Singapore port, we are in the perfect position to supply and distribute our raw materials worldwide. We have customers in the Americas, Europe, Asia, Middle East, South East Asia and in the Pacific region.
