This includes working with teams on design strategy development, product design reviews, project management, product verification/validation and product launch execution. Technical Problem Solving – provide coaching and insight into methods and processes for solving technical issues. Ensure disciplined data-driven problem solving with appropriate team dynamics. Product Cost Reduction (VA/VE) – provide coaching and insight on different cost reduction tools/methods. Review product designs, manufacturing processes and supply chains for cost reduction ideas and development of implementation plans. Supply Chain Strategies and Management - utilize extensive experience to develop and implement supplier strategies that drive the business forward leading to optimized value chains. Development of strong win-win relationships with the supply chains leading to improved relationships and delivery.
