Nkwa4change Solutions is a Minority-led grassroots organization championing sustainable and resilient development in extremely underserved communities in the neglected English speaking regions of Cameroon. We are committed to the principle of live no one behind targeting the most vulnerable (children, minority youth and peasant women) in extremely underserved communities. We are driven by our own vulnerability stories. Our projects are guided by compassion, needs driven and fuel by our strong leadership desire to drive change Area of intervention Climate change Action We are engaging and mobilizing the massive Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI Network) for a Digital and on the ground Climate change Action movement to: • Reviving Leadership consciousness for climate change mitigation and Adaptation. • Confronting and dismantling religious conspiracy theories which worsen vulnerable to the devastation of climate change • Effect behavioural change or mind-set shift toward sustainability transitions • Preserving and restoring the last pocket of mangroves along the west Cameroon coastline and nature based approach to climate change mitigation and adaptation. • Creating critical consciousness about devastating chaining climate • Promoting Regenerative Agriculture and other climate smart agriculture best practices for climate change mitigation and adaptation Women economic empowerment Protecting, securing and building sustainable livelihood for peasant women. We are giving peasant women access to simple technology to boost their agricultural yield and income while liberating them and their vulnerable children from unhealthy/unproductive manual labour. Empowering Minority Youth with 21st century skills Our Minority Digital Skills Mentorship Fellowship is dedicated prepares 10, 000 minority youth to take advantage of the digital revolution, reduce their vulnerability to violence extremism and radicalized by no state armed groups.
